Mother's day

Mother’s day is a day which is dedicated to our mothers- it’s a day to give them some love back. How can we repay our mothers for all the care and effort they have put in us to bring us in this world and to make decent human beings of us? It’s not an easy task and most of the time we are not aware of the difficulty that our parents have to endure so that we can have all we need and be happy and healthy, this is especially true about our mothers that sacrifice a lot in the name of well-being of their children.

A day dedicated to our mothers and all the women, is not enough to repay them for all the work, love and care they have invested in us, but nonetheless Mother's Day is one chance to show how much we appreciate our mom's and women and to make them feel special and loved. One flower and a hug would be enough for them to express our warmth and gratitude towards them, but most of us want to give them something more and we often wonder what they would want for that one special day in the year. 

How do we find what they would like or need as a gift? An expensive perfume, piece of precious jewelry or a nice Gucci handbag? It’s always hard to determine what they want or need, but often they speak about things that they like and they are interested in, so.... every women have different taste for the perfect gift, and it doesn't have to be expensive or to be the nicest thing in the shop to make her happy. I know what my mom needs and I always try to understand her what is her priority , like if she needs a repair or service to her car ,I would put some money aside for that and I would pay for the car service or repair and that would be the present. It all depends of what they are focused on and if we listen carefully we will found out what would make them happy. If my mom complains that her cell phone is not quite as it should be I would think that a new better cell phone or smartphone would be nice as a gift for the Mother's Day, or if she express a wish to go for a shopping I would offer her to pay for what she would like to buy for herself. The real gift is not the material one but the emotional and that’s the love we have for them, that is the most precious gift to any woman.
